We assure the inspection of, and report on, more than 400 items in a detailed report before we leave the house. We point out any major and/or minor deficiencies and identify any major expenditures coming up so you can budget these potential expenses. We identify potential safety hazards. We show you how the various systems in your home work and we review and explain the conditions we find.
In most cases, the Client will receive an email report by 10:00 a.m. the morning following the inspection. We guarantee that the email report will be received with 48 hours of the inspection. Hard copies are available upon request.
